Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a social housing organisation, based in Hertfordshire, with their recruitment of a Housing Manager.

The role will invove direct line management and providing a customer focused delivery service to residents.

What will you do in the role?

• Managing 4 Housing & Tenancy Officers; providing coaching & support and handling escalated issues
• Managing the housing service to a dispersed patch, including shared ownership sales, resales & staircasing
• Managing allocations, lettings and ASB

Who would excel in this role?

• Experience of managing a housing service
• Experience of line management
• Experience of shared ownership sales, resales & staircasing
