Job: Safety Compliance Advisor (Heating, Electrics & Lifts)

Location: Kidderminster 

Salary: £38,954

Contract: Permanent

We’re supporting a housing provider in recruiting a Safety Compliance Advisor to help ensure full compliance across gas, electrical and lift safety.

The Role

You’ll oversee compliance programmes, manage servicing and remedial works, maintain accurate records, and ensure all properties meet regulatory standards. You’ll work closely with colleagues, contractors, and auditors to keep residents safe and systems compliant.

Key Duties

• Manage gas, electrical and lift safety programmes

• Oversee remedial works and validate certifications

• Maintain and update compliance data

• Support audits and regulatory responses

• Provide technical advice on safety compliance

About You

• Knowledge of gas, electrical and lift safety regulations

• Experience delivering compliance programmes

• Strong communication and IT skills

• Contract management experience

• Full UK driving licence

• Relevant VRQ Level 2 qualification(s)
