The process with Greenacre was positive and engaging. Early discussions around the need and role set the scene and Greenacre were able to run with the rest of the process from there. Regular interaction and check-ins were timely and just the right touch in terms of content and direction. The content produced was considered, understandable, clear, and built on the knowledge of the organisation so that it was relevant and accurate. They used excellent imagery that took the applicants through a journey of exploration, clearly laid out and easy to follow. They were always on hand, even at the weekends and holidays. We bounced ideas off one another, which helped in shortlisting the right candidates and we felt extremely supported and kept up to date at all times with progress. It was one of the best non-executive recruitment exercises I’ve gone though, and I’ve gone through a few.
