Building campaigns for diverse outcomes

Improving Equality, Diversity and Inclusion within the Housing sector is an ongoing ambition. Housing Providers are driven by strong social values and want to be representative of customers but there is a lot more to do to ensure leadership teams are diverse, and that organisations completely embrace equality.  There is no single solution to ensuring diverse outcomes.  We have a suite of interventions that we can engage dependant on the needs of each individual organisation.

Drafting effective & inclusive recruitment content is imperative to appeal to a diverse audience.  We work with you to identify who you want to attract and develop appropriate pro-active strategies to appeal to those audiences.

We work with you to ensure the interview process is designed to assess the appropriate skills for the role.  We support all parties throughout the process to ensure everyone is able to put their best foot forward.  We also ensure that all interviewees receive constructive and timely feedback.

Providing a safe landing

We maintain regular and consistent communication before commencement to ensure a successful landing.  All requirements are considered and catered for and we can also offer mentoring and coaching to enable new employees can thrive.

Our DE&I Performance

We work closely with all our clients to ensure our recruitment processes are as inclusive as possible.  We have been monitoring and reporting all hiring data since 2021 – placing on average 216 candidates per year in Executive, Non-Executive and Management roles.  Below is a summary of our performance from 2023-2024- whilst there is still work to do, we outperform the sector average in many areas.  You can read the full report here:
