Alma Sheren

Since joining Greenacre in 2017, I have led our Marketing and Communications efforts, overseeing internal and external communications, our company website, intranet system, and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) strategy.

With a diverse background in Marketing, Communications, Recruitment, HR, and Events Management, I bring a wealth of experience to my role. I currently sit as a board member for the Chartered Institute of Housing and have previously supported WISH East and WISH South East, championing professional women across the built environment.

I’m passionate about leadership development and workplace transformation and have spoken at various industry events on topics such as EDI, social housing stigma, and recruitment challenges like attraction and retention.

Fun Fact: A little known fact about it me is that I am also a potter in my spare time.
