In my role as Associate Director, I lead a team of 8, specializing in all areas of technical recruitment, including Asset Management, Responsive Repairs, Planned Maintenance, and Compliance, with a strong focus on Building Safety, Fire Safety, and Damp & Mould.
Before entering recruitment, I spent 16 years running hotels, bars, and restaurants, which instilled in me a deep understanding of exceptional customer service and the importance of a strong work ethic—values I bring to every aspect of my work.
Fun Fact: I lived in New Zealand for 3 years between 2006 and 2009.
