With over 20 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition across public and private sectors, I have led interim, permanent, and retained campaigns spanning business transformation, financial services, legal, accountancy, and more—both UK-wide and internationally. From managing C-suite recruitment to overseeing 70-person team restructures, I bring a wealth of expertise in delivering impactful hiring solutions.
At Greenacre, I support Barry Forsythe by building and developing Executive and Board-level relationships across the housing sector. I’m also involved in initiatives like NEDwork and the Chairs Dinner, as well as writing bids and providing training across the company.
In addition to my degrees, I hold Prince 2 and Lean qualifications and completed a level 7 Diploma in Leadership & Management at Portsmouth University during my second maternity leave.
Currently I am also a board member of my local rugby club, a trustee of the Scouts and a governor at my local school.
Fun Fact: I have a performance background; have previously danced in a company, run a drama group, been a stand up comedian and a radio DJ. All a long time ago now though!
