Before joining Greenacre Recruitment Ltd, I spent over a decade in the legal sector, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2006. My legal practice covered a range of areas, from Health & Safety prosecutions involving serious injuries to representing clients in Matrimonial and Children Act cases, including domestic violence and care proceedings. Although I no longer practice, I remain on the roll of Solicitors.
I joined Greenacre to assist with compliance changes related to IR35 and now lead our compliance efforts, coordinate company policies, and provide HR support. My role involves overseeing compliance, legislation updates, policies and procedures, and training, while supporting smooth back-office operations.
I hold a BA & BSc Hons Degree in Law & Criminology, a Postgraduate Degree in Legal Practice, and I am a member of the CIPD.
Fun Fact: I enjoy travelling and love skiing. I travelled around the golden triangle in Northern India. I used to run for my County and love live music. I enjoy spending time with my family. The majority of weekends you will find me on the side-line come rain or shine, some days not feeling my toes in the winter.
