Support the delivery of annual, five-year, and 30-year investment plans for homes, safeguarding compliance with Decent Homes Standards and advancing decarbonisation and energy efficiency.
Maintain robust stock condition and energy data (EPCs), ensuring accurate analysis and insight to inform value-for-money investment decisions.
Deliver planned maintenance and capital investment programmes, incorporating energy efficiency measures and regeneration projects.
Work closely with the development team to ensure new homes meet their core principles and are built for the future.
Lead tenant engagement to ensure their voices shape investment decisions and sustainability priorities.
Access and manage external funding streams to deliver energy efficiency improvements and environmental goals.
Provide strong leadership for the Asset Data & Property Support Administrator, motivating and developing staff to maximise their potential.
Monitor and report on performance, budgets, and progress using systems such as Keystone, ensuring efficient stock and programme management.
Take part in the out-of-hours rota to provide emergency support in major incidents.
What We’re Looking For:
A background in asset management, housing investment, or sustainability, with experience in property stock improvement and decarbonisation.
Experience managing asset data, systems, and large- or small-scale property-related projects.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams, motivating colleagues, and driving service improvement.
Excellent ability to analyse, interpret, and maintain accurate data to support effective decision-making.
Knowledge of best practice in social housing, asset management, and sustainability.
Strong financial and budget management skills, with a focus on value for money.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to build effective relationships with staff, tenants, and partners.
IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office and asset management systems.
Qualifications Required:
Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience) in a property-related area.
Experience operating at management level in housing, development, construction, or regeneration.
Proven experience in data analysis, system management, and sustainability programme delivery.
A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Willingness to be part of an on-call rota and attend emergencies where required.
