Why this role matters

You will be at the heart of housing, support and recovery for people with multiple and complex needs in East London. By leading a focused, specialist, diverse organisation, you will directly influence whether hundreds of people move from rough sleeping and crisis into safety, stability and hope. You'll also ensure PRHA’s general needs housing meet the high standards that help all residents feel safe and proud of where they live.

What you’ll make happen

Your choices on strategy, resources, partnerships and people will immediately affect the quality of homes, support and outcomes for more than 500 households each year. When you prioritise investment, shape services or agree new contracts, residents will feel the difference in the safety of their home, the support they receive and their ability to move on.

The support you’ll have

You will have the support of an experienced and diverse senior leadership team and a committed Board that understands both the pressures and potential of a small, supported housing provider. You will inherit a culture recognised with IIP Gold, where learning, wellbeing and psychological safety are taken seriously. And diversity is recognised, reflected and celebrated. 

The leader you are

You have led at Director level or above in a regulated, customer‑facing environment, ideally in supported housing, homelessness or a related field. You are confident with finances, risk, compliance and stakeholder relations, and you pair this with a strong focus on culture, EDI, and resident voice. You are comfortable working in a lean organisation where you roll up your sleeves, listen carefully, share and recognise success.
