An organisation within the housing sector is looking for a Compliance Administrator to join their team on a remote contract basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and data skills who enjoys working in a structured environment where accuracy and organisation are key.
You’ll be part of a small, supportive team of eight, helping to ensure property compliance information is accurate, up to date and effectively monitored. The role plays an important part in supporting the organisation’s responsibilities across key safety areas including gas, electrical, asbestos, legionella, fire and lift compliance.
This position is fully remote, offering flexibility while still providing close collaboration with the wider compliance team.
The Role
As Compliance Administrator, you’ll provide essential administrative and data support to the compliance function, helping the team manage contractor activity and maintain accurate records across multiple compliance areas.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Updating and maintaining compliance records and databases
- Working with Dynamics CRM to manage property and compliance data
- Liaising with contractors to coordinate works and update information
- Taking minutes at contractor and compliance meetings
- Producing regular statistics, reports and performance information
- Supporting the monitoring of compliance areas including gas, electrical, asbestos, legionella, fire safety and lifts
- Assisting the team to ensure records are accurate, organised and audit-ready
- Working collaboratively within a team of eight compliance professionals
About You
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable working with data and systems.
You will ideally have:
- Experience in an administrative or compliance support role
- Strong data management and database updating experience
- Experience using CRM systems (Dynamics CRM desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence in liaising with contractors and stakeholders
- Experience taking meeting minutes and producing reports
- Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- The ability to work independently while collaborating remotely with a team
