Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and being the friendly face that makes a difference? We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected South London-based housing provider who is looking for a proactive and personable Customer Service Advisor to join their dedicated team.

👋 About the Role

As the first point of contact for a wide range of customers – from residents and contractors to stakeholders and the public – you’ll be the voice and face of the organisation, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, clarity, and professionalism. Whether it's answering queries, triaging repair requests, or supporting wider resident engagement, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the customer experience.

🛠️ Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact in person, by phone, and via email
• Log, triage, and raise repair requests via the housing management system (CX)
• Provide accurate updates and advice at first contact, reducing the need for referrals
• Support administrative functions, mail merges, surveys, and customer engagement activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and spot service improvements
• Handle sensitive situations calmly, including complaints or challenging conversations

• Confidence in using IT systems and managing multiple tasks
