📍 Location: North Herts
 💰 Salary: £20-25 per hour
 🕐 Full-time | Temporary (3 months)

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Tenancy sustainment
• Handling property condition queries
• Handling no access cases
• Tenancy audits
• Handling enquires and visiting residents regarding neighbourhood disputes, untidy gardens, etc

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Experience in social housing
• A positive, “can-do” attitude with a passion for service delivery.
• Strong communication and IT skills (Word, Excel) and ideally QL
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• A clear enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
