 Location: Cambridgeshire (Hybrid)
 Contract: 3 Months | 3 Days per Week
 Day Rate: £450 (Inside IR35)

We’re looking for an exceptional housing leader to step in and make an immediate impact. This is a pivotal interim role for someone who thrives on getting to the heart of issues, driving performance, and setting clear direction for their team.

About the Role
 As Interim Head of Housing, you will lead a team of dedicated Housing Officers, providing the strong, decisive leadership they need to succeed. Your focus will be on income collection and rent performance, tackling recent drops in collection rates and addressing the rise in arrears head-on.

With an auditor’s eye for detail, you’ll review policies and procedures, identify where compliance has slipped, and ensure robust processes are not just in place—but actively followed. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to spot gaps, implement improvements, and motivate staff will be critical.
