Do you enjoy working with people, ensuring that residents feel supported and well cared for?

If so, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join a friendly and dedicated Housing Services team, helping to ensure residents live in safe, comfortable environments across supported and older persons’ accommodation. • Reporting and tracking repairs and maintenance issues, ensuring works are completed on time.
  • Conducting fire safety checks, evacuation drills, and recording compliance actions.
  • Monitoring the quality of cleaning, gardening, and estate services, raising any performance issues.
  • Assisting with void property management – from inspecting and preparing empty homes to coordinating re-lets.
  • Supporting residents and liaising with support providers to ensure everyone feels safe and cared for.
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to performance reporting.

About you

📅 Additional details

  • Occasional evening meetings and on-call rota participation (with additional allowance).
  • Some lone working will be required.
  • Ongoing training and professional development provided.
