- Creating, monitoring, and refining KPIs across Housing Services.
- Ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity across all reporting.
- Supporting the production of Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) and other regulatory submissions.
- Contributing to the development of data warehouse and business intelligence solutions.
- Identifying opportunities to automate reporting and improve data accessibility.
- Providing ad‑hoc analysis and clear, accessible insight to non‑technical audiences.
What you’ll bring
Essential:
- Degree‑level qualification or equivalent experience in data analytics, statistics, BI, or a related field.
- Strong experience using Power BI, Excel, and data visualisation tools.
- Confident working with databases, spreadsheets, and BI systems.
- Solid understanding of performance frameworks and KPI development.
- Ability to present complex information clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
Desirable:
- Experience in housing, local government, or wider public sector services.
- Knowledge of housing performance measures, TSMs, and regulatory standards.

- Experience with housing management systems and data quality governance.
- Data warehouse experience.
Skills & attributes

- Excellent problem‑solving and numerical skills.
- Clear, confident communicator able to translate data into meaningful insight.
- Highly organised with strong project management skills.
- Able to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
