Are you an experienced Programme Manager with a passion for delivering complex capital projects and driving service transformation?
The Role:
We are seeking a Programme Manager – Capital Delivery (Heat Network and M&E) to lead the successful delivery of the Notting Dale Heat Network capital programme. You will oversee project design, execution, and performance management, ensuring alignment with statutory requirements. This role involves managing a team of Project Managers and driving continuous improvement across policies, procedures, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and deliver the Heat Network capital programme on time and within budget.
- Provide leadership and oversight to a team of up to six, ensuring effective performance management.
- Drive service transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with legislation such as the Building Safety Act 2022 and Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023.
- Manage contractual and financial performance, resolving disputes and ensuring accurate reporting.
- Engage with residents and stakeholders to deliver community-focused outcomes and promote sustainability.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including CDM Regulations 2015, and maintain high standards of health and safety.

- Commercial awareness and expertise in heat network construction and capital delivery programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to drive transformation and deliver value for money while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications Required:
- Professional qualification in project management, heat networks, building construction, or related disciplines OR significant experience in a comparable role with a commitment to achieving such qualifications.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety, building safety, and fire safety regulations.
- Experience in budgetary planning, financial control, and lifecycle costing.
