Programme Property Manager
Salary: £47,873 per annum
Location: Mixed
Hours: 37 per week, Monday - Friday
We’re looking for an experienced Programme Project Manager to take the lead on delivering high-quality capital investment and revenue works - including energy efficiency and sustainability programmes - across housing and communal spaces.
This is a hands on leadership role where you’ll manage people, programmes, and projects from inception to completion, ensuring everything is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee the on-site delivery of capital, revenue, and sustainability retrofit works.
- Lead and develop a team of Resident Liaison & Project Co-ordinators and Programme Surveyors.
- Work closely with contractors, consultants, and residents to ensure a first-class, customer-focused service.
- Manage projects to PAS2030 and PAS2035 standards, ensuring full compliance with health & safety legislation.
- Prepare schedules of work, specifications, tender documents, and AutoCAD drawings.
- Monitor budgets, reforecast as needed, and ensure works are delivered in line with financial targets.
- Resolve issues, manage complaints, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong project and contract management experience from inception to final account (ideally in housing or a related sector).
- Proven delivery of sustainability and energy retrofit programmes.
- Skilled in preparing schedules of work and using AutoCAD.
- Excellent analytical, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of building construction, contract law, and compliance requirements.
- A degree in Building Surveying or related field (RICS/CIOB desirable).
- NEBOSH, SMSTS, or equivalent health & safety qualification.
- Full UK driving licence and business-use insurance.
