Project Surveyor

Job Title: Special Projects Project Surveyor  - Cladding and Fire Specialist

Location: London

Salary: £58,417 pa plus up to 5% performance bonus

We’re looking for an experienced Surveyor to deliver major remediation projects, with a focus on cladding and fire safety. You’ll lead on project management, compliance, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring quality, value for money, and excellent customer service.

What you’ll do:

• Manage remediation projects from start to finish (time, cost, quality).
• Oversee contracts and procurement for consultants and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and fire safety standards.
• Liaise with residents and stakeholders, including evening meetings.
• Monitor health & safety and risk management.
• Contribute to team reporting and service improvements.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong project management experience within construction/defects.
• Technical knowledge of cladding and fire safety.
• Proven ability to lead consultants/contractors and manage risks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
