Ensure all voids data is accurate, up to date and compliant with data protection requirements.
Produce clear progress updates and reports to support Property Services and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with housing officers, asset management, utilities and contractors as needed.
Maintain strong ownership of the voids reconciliation project, ensuring delivery within the fixed-term period.
About You

Essential
Experience in data administration or property data management.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data reporting.
Ability to analyse and resolve data inconsistencies.
Experience managing tasks or projects independently.
