Interim Technical Support Officer (Admin) 

Waverley

4-Month Contract | Until Mid-March | Hybrid Working 

Are you a proactive and organised administrator who enjoys taking ownership and keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Technical Support Officer to join a busy and friendly compliance team on a short-term contract, providing vital admin and coordination support across Asbestos, Fire, and Water safety programmes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Minute-taking for key meetings and ensuring actions are followed up
  • Supporting contract management – liaising directly with contractors and suppliers
  • Chasing documentation, reports, and certificates to ensure full compliance
  • Maintaining and updating the KPI dashboard and other key records
  • Assisting with general admin and coordination tasks as needed
  • Working closely with the compliance and property teams – you’ll be shown the ropes but expected to use your initiative to get things done

About You

You’ll be confident picking up the phone to contractors, keeping track of progress, and making sure information flows smoothly between teams. You’ll have great attention to detail, strong admin skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Experience in housing, property compliance, or technical admin would be a plus, but what really counts is your initiative, organisation, and communication skills.

Working Pattern

  • 2 days in the office (must include Tuesday or Thursday)
  • 1 additional day flexible
  • Remote for the remaining days
