We’re looking for a Voids Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring empty properties are turned around quickly, efficiently, and to the highest standard, ready for new tenants to move in. - Working closely with lettings, housing, compliance, and maintenance teams to deliver a seamless service.
- Using data and insights to help improve processes and outcomes for residents.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A team player who can also work independently with initiative.
- Great communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Solid IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
- A customer-focused mindset with resilience and problem-solving skills.
What’s on offer:
- 25 days annual leave (rising to 30 with service).
- A generous pension scheme with employer contributions.
- Staff rewards and discount schemes.
- Ongoing training and career development opportunities.
- The autonomy to make decisions and take pride in seeing the results of your work.
